- Information about your use of Creator content, including downloads
- Any communications with the Creator through Supercast, including questions submitted on Supercast
Supercast will only provide Subscriber Data to a Creator on or after your purchase of or subscription to the
Creator’s product, service or content.
You understand and agree that Creators may use such Subscriber Data for their own purposes subject to their own
privacy policy(ies), and that each of Supercast and the Creator act as a controller (and not as processors for one
another) with respect to the Subscriber Data.
Creators may only use this Subscriber Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy, their own Privacy Policy (where
more protective) and applicable law.
5. International transfers of personal information
The personal information we collect is stored and processed in Canada and United States, or where we or our
partners, affiliates and third-party providers maintain facilities. By providing us with your personal information,
you consent to the disclosure to these overseas third parties.
We will ensure that any transfer of personal information from countries in the European Economic Area (EEA) to
countries outside the EEA will be protected by appropriate safeguards, for example by using standard data protection
clauses approved by the European Commission, or the use of binding corporate rules or other legally accepted
